Granny gave each of us a handful of our favorite books from her children's collection she read to us back in the day. What a fun and special gift; we will cherish and look forward to sharing these 'timeless' stories with our kids!

The traditional chili supper was enjoyed by all... the oyster soup, on the other hand, had limited enjoyment. Of course that's just simply due to the limited takers!!!! 
We even convinced Blake to slow down for two minutes and grab a bite! Mmmm!

Ready to head for the hills and call it a night - but had to get that one family photo opp in at the last minute... which of course never turns out successful... oh well! It's in the books.

The cousins pictures were awesome!! And I love the pics of Jordan opening up his christmas present, just wait until next year when he will be making his list.
